Books have been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember, and nothing remains in one's memory quite like a well-loved book from childhood. My interest in the second-hand children's book market started as I attempted to find books I remembered having as a child. I found my favorites and discovered many more over the years. Eventually I became a children's bookseller and I'm pleased to now be able to offer my listings online for all to browse.

Beginning February 10th of 2010, the CPSIA law will go into effect and will make buying and selling children's books published before 1985 illegal. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? Unless we change some minds in Washington, I'm afraid it might become our reality.
